<p><span style="color:#0000ff;">     Glanda tiroida are <strong>un</strong> rol extrem de important in abilitatea noastra de a avea <strong>un</strong> <strong>par</strong> <strong>sanatos</strong>. Daca aceasta este afectata si nu poate genera cantitatea potrivita de hormoni ce ofera functionalitate metabolismului, atunci nici parul nostru nu va avea stralucirea sanatoasa dorita. Disfunctionalitatea acestei glande se numeste hipotiroidism si se estimeaza ca 10% din populatia planetei sufera de aceasta boala, fara sa stie. Simptomele se manifesta mai ales la nivelul parului, care cade si este foarte uscat si prin somnolenta. Totusi, caderea parului se poate datora si stresului sau alimentatiei nesanatoase. Am strans cateva indicatii care sa ajute in tratarea parului si mentinerea sanatatii lui.</p>
<p><strong>Bea cel putin 2 litri de apa pe zi</strong><br />
     Cafeaua, ceaiul, sucurile sau berea nu se socotesc in acesti doi litri. Apa inseamna exact apa. Bauturile carbogazoase sau cafeinizate accelereaza dezhidratarea, insemnand ca organismul nu functioneaza optim. Nu numai ca dezhidratarea te poate face sa te simti epuizat, poate fi <strong>un</strong> factor in stoparea cresterii parului si a uscarii acestuia. Ajusteaza cantitatea de apa in functie de anotimp si de nivelul de stres la care simti ca esti supusa. O regula generala este ca femeile au nevoie de <strong>un</strong> consum intre 2 – 2.6 litri de apa pe zi, iar barbatii 2.8 – 3.5 litri. Aceasta regula e general si flexibila, expertii subliniaza ca apa eliminate trebuie inlocuita.</p>
<p><strong>Bea ceai verde</strong><br />
     Experitii se contrazic in privinta meritelor ceaiului verde, nu se stie exact daca acesta incurajeaza cresterea parului. Se subliniaza ca anumite componente ale ceaiului verde cauzeaza relaxarea vaselor de sange, ajutand activitatea cardiovasculara si, bineinteles, intretinerea parului si a radacinilor.</p>
<p><strong>Fa plimbari scurte de cateva ori pe saptamana</strong><br />
     S-a descoperit ca o plimbare de 15 minute va ajuta la ridicare ratei normale a inimii, imbunatatind circulatia intregului organism, inclusive in cazul scalpului si a foliculior. Perioada ideala <strong>pentru</strong> o astfel de plimbare este de o ora dupa masa. Permite organismului sa-si faca digestia. Evitati plimbari in timpul zilei, mai ales daca este foarte cald.</p>
<p><strong>Fa-ti somnul</strong><br />
     Foarte multe persoane sunt private de somn. <strong>Un</strong> recent sondaj a dovedit ca oamenii dorm din ce in ce mai putin. <strong>Pentru</strong> ca organismul sa functioneze optim, inclusiv sa aiba energia necesara <strong>pentru</strong> cresterea parului, oamenii au nevoie de <strong>un</strong> somn indestulator. Din pacate, nu exista <strong>un</strong> raspuns exact in privinta cantitatii de somn. In functie de varsta, expertii recomanda 6-8 ore de somn, <strong>pentru</strong> adulti. Somnul de dupa-amiaza este din ce in ce mai popular, si <strong>un</strong> somn de 20 de minute dupa-amiaza, dar nu mai mult, caci te vei simti si mai obosita, iti va oferi indeajuns de multa energie <strong>pentru</strong> restul zilei.</p>
<p><strong>Mananca <strong>sanatos</strong></strong><br />
     Dietele extreme care elimina grupe alimentare majore pot fi daunatoare parului si pot cauza incetinirea cresterii lui. Mentine <strong>un</strong> plan echilibrat de hrana care sa cuprinda cantitatile necesare de proteine si carbohidrati. Adauga si vitamine. Iar daca te ia foamea intre mese, alunele, ouale fierte, iaurtul si tofu sunt indicate deoarece contin nutrienti ce ajuta la cresterea si intretinerea parului.</p>
<p><strong>Râsul este cel mai bun medicament</strong><br />
      Atitudinea este cea care conteaza cu adevarat. Studiile au aratat ca starile cronice negative impacteaza organismul si incetinesc sistemele lui. Acestea include si sistemul circulator, care hraneste radacinile parului. Daca simti ca esti indispus fa tot posibilul sa iti revii: o comedie, o carte relaxanta, o revista, o plimbare. Ia o pauza si distreaza-te!<br />

<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Acum ca ai aflat care sunt cele mai bune idei de <strong>intretinere a parului</strong>, pune-le in practica <strong>pentru</strong> rezultate exceptionale! Dupa cum ai descoperit, <strong>un</strong> stil de viata <strong>sanatos</strong> si buna dispozitie sunt solutia oricarei probleme estetice si nu numai! Asa ca fii sigura ca, urmand aceste <strong>sfaturi</strong> simple, iti vei imbunatati nu doar aspectul parului, ci intreaga ta imagine si&#8230;cine stie&#8230;poate vei atrage asupra ta mai multe energii pozitive!</span><br />

<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;"> <strong>Tipuri de sampoane si balsamuri</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">In general, sampoanele cosmetice sunt destinate parului gras, uscat, deteriorat, normal si vopsit. Dupa tipul de par urmeaza un bonus, cum ar fi efectul de volum, stralucire, hidratare sau eliminare a matretii. Balsamul completeaza efectul samponului si de asemenea poate fi de mai multe tipuri &#8211; cu clatire sau fara, pentru hidratare profunda, sau pentru utilizare zilnica.</p>
<p>Orice sampon contine agenti de curatare sau surfactanti. Acestia se regasesc in multe produse de curatare si au rolul de a dizolva murdaria, dar pot fi si foarte nocivi pentru par si scalp:</p>
<p>- Sulfat lauril de amoniu (Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate) &#8211; agent de curatare foarte agresiv si dur pentru piele.<br />
- Sulfat lauret de amoniu (Ammonium Laureth Sulfate) &#8211; mai putin dur decat ingredientul anterior, insa destul de dur pentru pielea scalpului.<br />
- Sulfat lauril de sodiu (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) &#8211; mai putin agresiv decat primele doua, insa dur pentru piele; este utilizat in foaret multe produse cosmetice de curatare, dar este de preferat sa fie evitat.<br />
- Sulfat lauret de sodiu (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) &#8211; ofera o curatare blanda, dura intr-o masura foarte mica.<br />
- Sulfat lauril de TEA (Triethanolamine Lauryl Sulfate) &#8211; o alegere buna.<br />
- Sulfat lauret de TEA (Triethanolamine Laureth Sulfate) &#8211; o alegere buna.</p>
<p>- <strong>Sampoanele pentru bebelusi</strong> au o formula mai delicata si nu irita ochii. Acest lucru s e obtine prin aciditatea similara cu cea a ochilor. Cu cat sampoanele sunt mai acide, cu atat ofera mai multa stralucire. Sapunurile sunt alcaline si din acest motiv parul spalat cu sapun ramane tern.</p>
<p>- <strong>Sampoanele pentru volum</strong> lasa o pelicula pe suprafata firului de par, pentru parea mai &#8220;pline&#8221;. Dezavantajul este ca, in timp, aceasta pelicula poate da parului un aspect incarcat si greoi. Cele mai utilizate ingrediente sunt alantoina, dimeticone, glicerina si colagen dihidrolizat.</p>
<p>- <strong>Samponul antimatreata</strong> contine zinc pyrithione, ce reuseste sa combata ciupercile ce cauzeaza matreata. Mai poate contine acid salicilic pentru exfolierea scalpului. Formulele mai tari contin gudron de carbune (poate irita scalpul) si sulfat de seleniu (posibil cancerigen).</p>
<p>- <strong>Sampoanele care ofera protectie solara si protejarea parului vopsit</strong> nu au o eficacitate dovedita. Componentele care se presupune ca ofera protectie sunt pierdute d epe firul de par odata cu clatirea.</p>
<p>- <strong>Sampoanele pentru restructurarea firului de par</strong> sunt considerate inutile, de vreme ce odata distrus, bulbul firului de par nu poate fi reparat.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul campaniilor publicitare agresive si folosirea imaginii unor figuri publice atragatoare, industria produselor de curatare a parului insumeaza astazi o cifra de afaceri semificativa, insa exista o parte a populatiei care a ales o alternativa mai sanatoasa si ecologica. In Statele Unite exista chiar o miscare ce militeaza impotriva utilizarii samponului. Alternativa o reprezinta solutiile de spalare a parului &#8220;casnice&#8221;, precum <strong>bicarbonat de sodiu cu apa</strong> pentru spalare si <strong>otet de mere</strong> pentru hidratare si luciu.</p>
<p></span></em></p>
<h2><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Samponare</span></em></h2>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Daca aveti parul lung, este bine sa il descalciti inainte de spalare &#8211; regula de aur spune ca niciodata nu se piaptana parul ud. Este foarte important sa saturati parul cu apa calduta (nu fierbinte). Aplicati sampon in palme cat o moneda si frecati palmele. Incepeti cu scalpul si radacinile, masand usor spre varfuri. Dupa ce ati distribuit samponul in mod egal, clatiti cu apa din abundenta, trecand degetele prin par, pana ati indepartat orice urma de sampon &#8211; eventual, parul trebuie sa scartaie. Nu stoarceti si nu traumatizati in niciun fel parul umed. Este posibil sa nu aveti senzatia unui par curat. In acest caz puteti repeta procedeul de samponare si clatire.</p>

<h2><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Conditionare</span></em></h2>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">De obicei, balsamul se aplica mai mult pe firul si varful de par si nu pe radacini. Se lasa apoi sa actioneze, in functie de gradul de hidratare oferit, pana la 15 minute. De obicei 1 &#8211; 2 minute sunt suficiente. O cantitate prea mare de balsm va va lasa parul prea moale si tern. La sfarsit, clatiti cu apa din abundenta. Pentru un plus de stralucire, la clatire puteti folosi apa rece, atat cat suportati.</p>
<p>Pentru a usca parul incercati sa nu efectuati miscari viguroase cu prosopul, deoarece parul umed se afla in faza cea mai vulnerabila &#8211; cuticulele sunt deschise &#8211; si poate fi usor vatamat.</span></em></p>

<p>Se pare ca pe masura ce trece timpul toate lucrurile frumoase ale acesteia par sa se duca pe apa sambetei.Desi trebuia a se inceapa facultatea de pe 15 februarie,s-a tot amanat astfel ca se incepe o saptamana mai tarziu.Nu ca ar fi asta motiv de suparare,sa fim sinceri <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ,insa ceea ce mi se pare neplacut este faptul ca nu s-a anuntat dinainte,astfel ca multi studenti s-au intors de acasa si au stat o saptamana in bucuresti fara rost(cel putin o parte dintre ei <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  ).</p>
<p>Ieri,ma suna o colega care se dusese sa intereseze de orar,pentru ca asta a fost dezagreabil faptul ca au amanat in fiecare zi cu cate o alta zi afisearea orarului.Si,ducandu-se la secretariat,avea sa afle ca de parca nu ar fi fost suficient ca pe semestrul I am avut 12 examene,pe semestrul al II-lea ni se vor mai adauga doua materii.Vacanta de Paste nu prea va exista pentru ca va alcatuita din una bucata zi,adica luni,a doua zi de Pasti.Si&#8230;ceea ce a fost cu adevarat o veste trista este faptul ca nu vor mai fi doua sesiuni,ci doar una prin aprilie-mai si aia de 5 zile.Deci,ceea ce constituie punctul maxim de atragere al acestei facultati este pe cale sa se desfiinteze&#8230;Frumos,nu?</p>

<p><em>Tocmai pentru ca ma oroare de tot ce presupune amestecare continua gen mamaliga,orez,etc am preferat sa fac acest tip de orez.Nu mai mancasem de vreo jumatate de an,practic de cand am plecat de acasa.</em></p>
<p><em>Nu este absolut nimic complicat.Pentru un plic avem nevoie de 500 de ml de lapte pe care il punem la fiert,iar in momentul in care fierbe luam vasul de pe foc ,adaugam continutul plicului in ploaie si amestecam cu un tel,apoi punem inca un minut pe foc la flacara mica.Dupa,il mai lasam inca 10 minute acoperit si e gata.Bun,bun!</em></p>

<p><em>Pentru galuste:1/2 lingurita vegeta,2 oua,1 lingura ulei,7-8 linguri gris</em></p>
<p><em>Se curata legumele si se pun la fiert impreuna cu carnea cca 1h si 30 min.Apoi scoti toate ingredientele si strecori supa,urmand sa o pui iar la fiert impreuna cu maggi(dar daca militezi pentru un trai sanatos nu esti obligat sa pui)</em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em><span style="color:#ff00ff;">Voi continua seria sfaturilor pentru ingrijirea parului.<br />
Astazi avem in program cateva masti pentru par naturale(sunt mult mai eficiente,in opinia mea,decat cele din comert):</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ff00ff;">• Masca tonifianta pentru par uscat si lipsit de stralucire- amesteca un galbenus de ou, cu o lingura de miere, o jumatate de lingurita de ulei de masline, si o lingura de iaurt. Aplica pe tot scalpul si lasa sa actioneze 10 minute. Clateste cu apa calduta. Mierea stimuleaza si catifeleaza firul de par, oul si uleiul de masline il tonifica, in timp ce iaurtul revigoreaza si improspateaza pielea capului.</p>
<p>• Masca de par cu ulei de masline- amesteca doua oua intregi si patru linguri de ulei de masline. Aplica uniform pe toata suprafata parului. Lasa compozitia sa actioneze 10 minute, dupa care clateste bine. Uleiul de masline iti va tonifia firul de par, impiedicând ruperea si caderea acestuia. Ouale iti vor hrani radacinile, intarindu-le. Daca aplici o astfel de masca o data pe saptamâna, sau o data la doua saptamâni (in cazul in care ai parul cu tendinte rapide de ingrasare), efectele nu se vor lasa asteptate. Vei avea un par de invidiat!</p>
<p>• Masca de par cu fructe- trebuie sa recunosc ca aceasta masca este de departe preferata mea. Pe lânga faptul ca jumatate din compozitie ajunge de fapt la mine in stomac (nu ma pot abtine, arata prea bine), este si foarte buna pentru parul care are probleme cu stralucirea si vitaminizarea. Iata ce trebuie sa faci: amesteca intr-un blender o jumatate de banana, un sfert de avocado, un sfert de cantalup, o lingura de ulei din germeni de grâu si o lingura de iaurt. Eu mai adaug si o capsula de vitamina E, pentru un boost de stralucire si ingrijire. Lasa sa actioneze 15 minute si clateste bine cu apa calduta. Parul iti va straluci ca niciodata si mireasma pe care o vei imprastia oriunde vei merge te va face cu siguranta remarcata.</p>
<p>• Masca antioxidanta pentru un par obosit- amesteca o lingura cu miere cu 2 linguri de migdale macinate si o jumatate de lingurita de suc de lamâie. Maseaza parul incet, cu miscari circulare. Clateste cu apa calduta. Mierea are proprietati antioxidante naturale, si este recomandata pentru ca, fiind 100% naturala, nu irita scalpul si nici nu provoaca reactii alergice. Antioxidantii joaca un rol foarte important in protejarea parului de pericolul razelor ultraviolete, asa ca nu te sfii sa o folosesti, mai ales acum ca soarele (cu dinti, e adevarat) nu ne mai scapa din ochi. In plus, mierea e recunoscuta si pentru efectele ei benefice in ceea ce priveste reintinerirea firului de par. </p>
